We've put together this frequently asked questions page to hopefully calm any fears that you might have.

Q. Does your company have a history?
A. Trend Analysis Ltd was established in October of 1987, which, depending on your point of view, either ended the world stockmarket decline or was just incredibly coincidental. The company is headed by Cliff Green, who has thirty years of experience in the futures industry. Mr Green is a recognised authority on technical forecasting and is regularly quoted and interviewed by the media.
Q. Are you owned by anybody else?
A. No. Trend is completely independent. This is why we feel we are best prepared to provide you with the analysis and research that you need.
Q. Who is a typical Trend Analysis client?
A. Good question! We have a very wide client base, with our daily services being dispatched to customers all around the globe. Predominately, Trend Analysis is received by corporates, banks and professional investors. We have many leading insitutions and financial organisations who use our services to assist in their daily trading decisions. We can also provide a more tailored service if, for example, you would like a service that your company can send to your personal clients.
Q. If I register with you, are you going to bug me with hundreds of emails?
A. No! Well, not hundreds. If you decide to receive your free trial via email you will receive between 1-7 daily reports (depending on how many services you have selected). If you choose reception via the web, you won't receive these daily emails at all. We will contact you (by email or telephone: your choice) only to ensure that you are receiving the service and towards the end of your free trial to see if you have an interest in subscribing.
Q. If I don't subscribe, will you kick me off the site?
A. No! We wouldn't do that. After your two-week free trial, if you decide not to subscribe to our service you will still be able to use the majority of features on the web site. You will lose access to most of the research (intraday, daily and weekly), but will still be able to receive other services free-of-charge. In fact, you don't even need to register, if you don't want to, but why not? There is no downside to registering with us: only upside! Ask yourself: what advantages do I receive by not registering with Trend Analysis Ltd? None!
Q. I am interested in a security that you do not cover at present. Can you help?
A. We almost certainly can. During the course of our busy working day, we cast our analytical minds over hundreds of different markets, far more than we cover on our daily services (which do look at a very large and broad range of financial instruments). One of the greatest benefits of being a client of Trend Analysis is the option for the customer to contact us to receive up-to-the-minute analysis on any of these securities. We can also prepare personalised reports for you or your clients.
